Right now…this very second, is all you truly have. In fact… there it goes. Gone. That’s how fleeting the present is. And yet, it’s the only space where life actually happens.
Studies show we lose up to 60% of our day focusing on the past—what we did, what was done to us, what we wish we could change. And we lose another 25% worrying about the future, trying to control, predict, or perfect something we can’t even see. That means we spend only 15% of our time fully in the present!!! The one place where change, growth, and purpose truly exist.
Take about five minutes, and honestly reflect on your day. Where do your thoughts linger? In the past? In the future? Or are you grounded in the now? Starting today, every time your mind drifts, gently bring it back. Back to what’s happening in front of you, in your heart, in your body. Because that’s where the TRANSFORMATION is.
Here’s the truth: you are not in control. You were chosen for this moment, TODAY, by your Creator, who knows your purpose and your path. But if your mind is constantly busy, racing, and overwhelmed, when will you hear His guidance?
We are not Human Doings—we are Human Beings.
And before we can know what to do, we must learn how to BE – Still, Silent, 0pen. I encourage you to schedule 20 minutes of silence each day—a sacred space to Stop, Listen, and Receive.
The Solution is in The Silence.
Staying present is a discipline. It takes awareness and practice. Begin by monitoring your thoughts and your words…the building blocks of your reality. In every moment, you are choosing what your life becomes. And if you’re truly paying attention, you’ll begin to notice divine signs, gentle nudges, even those magical “aha” moments. Nudges that often get drowned out by noise, worry, or endless planning. Celebrate those signs. Journal them. Let them remind you that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
When you choose to live in the now, something beautiful happens: Freedom. Suddenly, you feel lighter. More connected. You see the beauty in a blue sky. You savor a good meal. A favorite song suddenly hits differently. You meet the right people, and peace replaces pressure. You stop worrying—and start living.
Each moment is a gift. The more you live in it, the more gratitude fills your soul. You are carrying divine gifts within you, just waiting to be used. And once you let go of the illusion of control, your days will begin with excitement, clarity, and joy.
I’m thrilled for all you’re about to experience. Because when you learn to live in the present, time doesn’t control you…you rise above it.
