REWIRE YOUR MIND, REDESIGN YOUR LIFE

1. Determine whether you spend more time in negative thinking or positive thinking.

Your dominant thought patterns shape your attitude and outcomes. Begin to shift the scale, little by little, toward positivity, by consciously choosing words and thoughts that affirm your potential and purpose.

ASK YOURSELF: What recurring negative thoughts show up most often in my day? Where do they come from, and how do they make me feel?  I must begin today, writing more positive thoughts.

2. Speak to what you want, rather than what you don’t want.

Energy flows where attention goes. Too often, we rehearse fears instead of rehearsing dreams. Instead of focusing on what you’re trying to avoid (loneliness, failure, rejection) give your mental and spiritual energy to what you want to attract (connection, success, and purpose).

ASK YOURSELF: What do I truly want in this season of my life, spiritually, emotionally, professionally? How often do I focus on that vision, and what shifts can I make to think more in alignment with it?

3. Spend some quiet time thinking about how you nourish your mind and what thoughts you’re growing.

What you allow into your mind either builds you up or breaks you down. Are you feeding your mind with belief or fear? Make room for thoughts that build confidence. You are the gardener, so tend to your thoughts.

ASK YOURSELF: Make a list of the types of content I consume (books, news, people, social media). Which ones feel nourishing, and which ones feel draining? How can I better feed my mind starting this week?

4. You decide how to be more consistent and current with your nourishment.

Growth doesn’t happen from a one-time act, it comes from consistent habits.

ASK YOURSELF:  What does my spirit need right now? How can I build a rhythm of mental, emotional, and spiritual feeding into my day? Be honest. Maybe it’s daily journaling, weekly walks in silence, or unplugging after 8 p.m. Whatever it is, commit to doing it regularly, not perfectly.

5. Ponder this question…are you creating your own reality?

Life is not just happening to you, it’s responding to you. The way you think, speak, and show up creates ripple effects in every direction. Are you living on autopilot, or are you consciously creating a life that reflects your highest values and desires?

ASK YOURSELF: Where am I letting life happen to me instead of creating it intentionally? What would “conscious living” look like for me?   Am I spending time in silence, listening for the whispers of my inner truth?

6. What thoughts do you want to become your habits?

Our repeated thoughts shape our beliefs, and our beliefs shape our lives. You choose the thoughts that guide you every day. Think about them. Write them down. Are they building you up or tearing you down?

ASK YOURSELF: List five empowering thoughts or affirmations that reflect the life I want to live. How can I start embodying them today? Where do I struggle to believe them, and how can I work on that?

7. Consider how often you pause to celebrate your growth.

Are you constantly chasing the next goal without pausing to acknowledge how far you’ve come? Reflection is nourishment too. Celebrate the small shifts. Recognize the moments you chose peace instead of panic. You are evolving, don’t miss the miracle of your progress.

ASK YOURSELF: What moments in this year have I handled something better than I might have in the past?  What growth does that show? What else can I celebrate about my progress?

8. Spend time each day in gratitude for what’s working in your life.

Even in chaos, there is order. Even in struggle, there are blessings. Make it your mission to notice what’s going right.

ASK YOURSELF: What are three specific things going well in my life, big or small? How do I feel when I focus on those blessings? How can I keep a daily gratitude practice that feels real and meaningful

9. Your thoughts are like scripts

Are you mentally repeating all the reasons why something won’t work?  Choose to live in faith. Speak life into your days before they even begin.

ASK YOURSELF: What stories do I keep telling myself that come from fear? Now write a new version of each story rooted in faith and possibility.

10. Live as if your thoughts are designing your future…because they are.

Every thought you think is a seed. Some grow weeds. Others grow beauty, purpose, and peace. The way you think is shaping the way you live. Your inner world is creating your outer experience. If you want clarity, healing, joy, or progress, it begins with what you think about, what you feed your mind, and how consistently you show up for yourself.

Be deliberate. Be gentle. Be grounded in the silence.
And know that every new thought is a chance to start over

ASK YOURSELF: If my thoughts are designing my future, what kind of future am I currently building? What do I want to change? What new thought can I choose today that brings me closer to the life I deeply desire?
