What does it mean to Embrace the Silence?
Over the past 3+ years, my life has been profoundly transformed and blessed by the practice of “Listening to the Silence.” With the guidance and support of Rita from her immersive training and studying at Richmond Hill, I have not only integrated this practice into my daily life but have also had the honor of leading our virtual Listening to the Silence Retreat. Every second Tuesday of the month, I have the privilege of gathering an incredible tribe of like-minded souls who come together to embrace and listen to the silence in a free retreat.
