In a world filled with noise, this is a chance to step away and reconnect with your spirit in a peaceful, supportive space. You’ll be surprised at the calm and clarity that emerge when you simply listen.
We’ll begin at 9:00 a.m. with scripture and conversation, then enter a gentle silence from 10:00 to 2:00, and conclude by 4:00. Please pack a lunch and enjoy it in silence to deepen your experience.
Bring your journal, a favorite pen, and perhaps even walk the labyrinth. Come and feel the quiet. It has the power to transform your rhythm, your heartbeat, and your peace.
