Welcome to Burn Vision Beach Retreat 2024! This four-day retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your true self and create a vision for your life that is authentic and inspiring. Through a combination of group activities, individual coaching, and time spent in nature, you will have the opportunity to reflect on what is important to you and what you want to achieve in this New Year. You’ll learn tools and techniques for setting and achieving goals that are aligned with your values.
The retreat takes place at the RIU Palace Paradise Island, beachfront property in the Bahamas. The days will be filled with workshops, group discussions, coaching sessions, and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. If you’re ready to reconnect with your true self and create a vision for 2024, that is authentic and inspiring, then this retreat is for you!

RIU Palace Paradise Island for adults offers a variety of activities for its guests to enjoy. These activities include beachfront walking and jogging, beach volleyball, windsurfing, scuba diving, or kayaking around the hotel. There is also a fitness center on-site for guests who want to stay active. You can discover Nassau, the Capital of the Bahamas, and swim with the Dolphins off Salt Cay Island.
RIU Palace Paradise Island Hotel is 328 ft from Atlantis, 1.8 miles to downtown Nassau, and 656 ft from the shopping center, where you can shop till you drop.
And for those who want to relax and rejuvenate, Renova Spa offers A complimentary $35 Spa credit for a Renova combination massage and complimentary access to all wet areas in Spa.
BURN VISION BEACH retreat 2024 is for women at all levels. Assuming you’re attending this Retreat to enhance your sense of self, consider the following suggestions:

First and foremost, bring your journal and favorite pen.

Come with an open mind and be willing to try new things. We’ll be leading workshops and critiques throughout the retreat, so it’s important to be receptive to feedback and constructive criticism from each other.

Take advantage of all the opportunities to spend time by yourself. It will be fun and eye-opening to reacquaint yourself with the person you have become.

Be social and build your network. Share experiences, tips, and ideas with each other, and who knows – you might just make some lifelong friends.

Disconnect from electronics an hour before bedtime – this will help your body and mind wind down so you can sleep more soundly.
6.
Establish a nighttime routine – including things like reading or taking a bath, which can help signal to your body that it’s time to sleep.
7.
Create a comfortable sleeping environment – make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool so you can drift off more easily.
8.
Try relaxation techniques – such as deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation – to help ease your mind and body into sleep mode.
